Custom tube bending and fabrication services are available for pressurized tube bending and termination. Flared ends, orbital welding, and prep for termination are available service options. Cleaning for oxygen service and pressurized Pneumatic and Hydraulic assemblies are provided.
Specialized tube bending equipment is utilized to form intricate bends. Titanium, copper, stainless, and aluminum are the most common materials. Highly skilled technicians are employed to ‘Build to print’ and meet the tight specifications required by our customers. First piece articles are supplied to verify system level fit. Golden samples are maintained to ensure all production units meet specifications.
