When an order shows on its face that it is placed in support of a U.S. Government funded prime contract or subcontract, the FAR and DFARS clauses in the document below apply in addition to our standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
Suppliers are responsible for reviewing the full supplement and flowing down applicable requirements.
